Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a tour with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Please be advised that the requested amount is a deposit. . We will be more than happy to welcome you to start your incredible experience!
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation/change notice at least 10 DAYS prior to your tour. (NOT LATER). If you cancel your tour after that, the deposit is not refundable. For example, If your tour is on June 14, you may cancel up to June 3 before 9:00 a.m. to receive a full refund
If any logistical problems arise, Spritz and Boat is able to cancel the experience giving back a total refund. The company will contact you to reschedule the tour in the next few days, subject to availability.
